A Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in a quiet corner of Chelsea is led by Chef Patron Taylor Bonnyman who previously worked at Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Corton in New York. The hyper-seasonal tasting menu is guided by the produce thriving in their very own kitchen garden in Sussex and evolves frequently with each harvest. Our food and reportage photography alongside videography and social media management has helped develop transparency around their culinary processes, showcase the quality of own-grown produce, and tell the story of their garden-led restaurant.
