A Michelin-starred restaurant nestled in a quiet corner of Chelsea is led by Chef Patron Taylor Bonnyman who previously worked at Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Corton in New York. The hyper-seasonal tasting menu is guided by the produce thriving in their very own kitchen garden in Sussex and evolves frequently with each harvest.
