Celebrated chef Monica Galetti, who is broadly recognised for her role on Masterchef UK, has brought the cuisine and culture of her Samoan homeland to Fitzrovia with a touch of refinement and creative flair. Drawing inspiration from her heritage and extensive experience at French institution Le Gavroche, the dishes each tell their own unique story which we’ve been curating through our social media management service for the past 3 years. Mere was one of our first partners and quickly became part of the Food Story family.
