ENDO AT THE ROTUNDA
Third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi keeps the long-standing tradition of Edomae sushi (a style particular to Tokyo which he learned from his father and grandfather) alive right in the heart of West London. His fine balance between creativity and consistency showcases impactful Japanese heritage through culinary arts and capturing this in motion through food photography has been a rewarding and insightful glimpse into Japanese culture.
